About the Role

Atelerix is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Sales Assistant to support its growing sales operations. This role serves as a key link between the CEO, customers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and high-impact deals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist with managing inbound leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating timely follow-ups.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and optimise the HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate records and streamlined sales pipelines.

  • Commercial Coordination: Prepare sales presentations, pricing models, and contract drafts to support business development efforts.

  • Market Research: Analyse customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends to refine sales strategies.

  • Event & Travel Coordination: Organise international conferences, customer site visits, and travel arrangements.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a central liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on sales performance, customer trends, and operational efficiencies.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline sales operations.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales support, executive assistant, or operations role, ideally in life sciences, biotech, or a high-growth tech start-up.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales pipeline management.

  • Experience handling commercial documentation (quotes, contracts, pricing models).

  • Familiarity with managing international customers, events, or travel logistics is a plus.
