WiSB Women’s Hour - Alix Mackay - The Practice of Resilience in Leadership

Join our next WiSB Women’s Hour – a regular opportunity to learn, share and support women and underrepresented genders in synthetic biology!

About this event

The Practice of Resilience in Leadership

Resilient behaviours and characteristics can be game-changing to culture, efficiency and the pace of progress in dynamic industries like ours. As individuals, developing these characteristics can be one of the most valuable things we do for our career and our future.

This session will introduce you to what Resilience actually looks like in practice, how we can proactively practice resilient characteristics, what self development feels like in reality and how to overcome it.

Alix’s presentation will be followed by a Q/A and then an opportunity to break out into further discussions.
