Lis Vivas
Lis joined the IBioIC team in May 2023 as a Fermentation Scientist supporting upstream bioprocessing projects and training courses.
Lis is a Food Technologist with a solid background in industrial microbiology. She has oriented her professional life to work in accredited laboratories under international standards, thus obtaining exhaustive competence in the development of complex tests, protocol design and quality control. After that Lis started working as a Fermentation Scientist, scaling up a wide variety of processes helping local companies and start ups with their development and growth.
Lis is passionate about rescuing dogs from difficult situations. She has helped many homeless dogs finding a family. She also enjoys a good local craft beer; you can find her having a pint wherever she goes!
