NOW FULLY BOOKED
Algae UK, BBNet and IBioIC are delighted to host this free, online event on Zoom.
This event will consider both the challenges and opportunities for industry and academia with regards to collaboration in marine biomass. There will be breakout discussions and optional networking areas.
The breakout sessions will focus on three key themes:
a) What marine biomass we have in the UK.
b) What products are possible from this biomass.
c) Regulation and other policy/ infrastructure issues. What are the limiting factors at the moment and what further regulation is coming. How will this affect the industry and what can be done to prepare.
Algae-UK, BBNet and IBioIC will also launch a joint funding call on biorefining marine biomass, to support research in this field.
