Global Seafood Alliance is a US based non-profit that advances responsible seafood practices worldwide.
Each year their annual conference, Responsible Seafood Summit is held in a different country and 2024 see's them coming to the UK for the first time in the events 23-year history. Held at The Fairmont Hotel in St Andrews, Scotland from the 21-24 October 2024 alongside their co-hosts Seafood Scotland. Upwards of 500 delegates from across the world are expected to attend.
This is the world’s only seafood event focused on bridging the differences and nurturing the commonalities between aquaculture and fisheries, with the goal of building a more unified front for seafood.
Seafood professionals representing the entire value chain – including farmers, fishers, processors, exporters and importers, feed manufacturers, wholesalers, retail and foodservice buyers, technology providers, NGOs and government officials – attend the Responsible Seafood Summit.
