This innovative workshop is designed to deliver training to kick-start projects involving fungi cultivation and biofabrication.
IBioIC is delighted to be supporting and presenting at this innovative open lab concept workshop developed by Green Grow Club, with Belgian biodesign agency Glimps and Rowett Institute, University of Aberdeen, and also supported by SEFARI. Comprised of two modules over two days each, these workshops are aimed at anyone with an interest in sustainable solutions and circular economy projects involving fungi.
Module A focuses on fungi cultivation and potential future developments utilising living systems in a commercial setting, with hands-on training designed to give participants the skills to get started in fungi cultivation.
Module B deals with biofabrication to help participants to implement projects based on mycelium materials and covers a range of topics from product design through to feedstock selection.
Modules can be booked together or individually. IBioIC members are entitled to a 15% discount; please contact Jude Huggan for details.
