A workshop exploring digital marketing theory and practice for SMEs working in the bioeconomy.
Delivered in conjunction with Wyoming Interactive.
**Transportation challenges on the day meant many of those who registered for the 23rd June presentation of this workshop were unable to attend. By popular demand, we’re pleased to announce we’re running the session again.**
Join us on Thursday 1 September for this in-person event exploring digital tools and methods for bioeconomy businesses to take their marketing strategy to the next level.
For both start-ups and established businesses, reaching the right audience, engaging with them and converting them to customers can be challenging. Digital media offers an abundance of opportunities, but it is also a highly competitive environment with many tools and approaches available.
Delivered in collaboration with Wyoming Interactive, a digital consultancy specialising in life sciences, this session will be led by industry experts who will share their successful methodology for digital marketing. Presentations will be followed by two hands-on, interactive segments where participants will have an opportunity to put theory into practice whilst receiving guidance and feedback from the team at Wyoming.
This event will equip you with effective strategies to confidently use digital marketing tools to engage and acquire new customers, partners and investors. It will also explore effective ways of connecting and communicating with stakeholders from a diverse range of scientific communities.

The Bioeconomy Cluster Builder(BCB) is a three-year collaboration between the Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC), Innovate UK KTN and Scottish Enterprise. The project aims to grow the Scottish bioeconomy by raising awareness of the applications and benefits of biotechnology and supporting the development of new value chains and markets for bio-based products. Using the extensive networks and knowledge of the three partner organisations, we connect the right people and resources to deliver innovation support and signposting to funding opportunities.
